Decoman
I searched on the internet for models of the Beriev Be-12 seaplane, however it didn't seem as if anyone of the common manufacturers had this kit in their product line. The 1:144 scale kits seem a little small to my linking, with size of about 20 by 20 cm, so any 1:72 kits would be nice. Vaccuform kits aren't really interesting to me I must admit, nor any old kit either. Edited September 27, 2014 by Decoman

Pete in Lincs
Playfix? Cheap soviet 'military flying boat' kit. Have a look in the sci fi work in progress. Page 4. Against a dark background. There is a pic of the above kit but with radial engines. That could be your base if you can still find one. Not sure of the scale though. Flankerman
I expect that's a Be-6 'Madge' - GPW and post-war predecessor to the Be-12 'Mail'..... Be-12...... Be-6...... Taken at the State Aviation Museum, Kiev, Ukraine in 2010. Ken
Don McIntyre
VEB-Plasticart from (then) East Germany did a VERY basic Be-6, but no mainstream Be-12 is produced. As noted above, so far... Edited September 28, 2014 by Don McIntyre
