Now that is a 'shall I, shan't I?' kit every time I look in my own stash! I know I'll start it someday, but this thread has been bookmarked for reference. Superb work!

Eduard Vortex generators:

I used liquid cement and CA glue.

Some gaps:

IMG_6979_zps46aae8ea.jpg

Serious gap at the front, but no misalignment

At the rear however.... :

Excellent. Really excellent. I guess with all that puttying and sanding you won't have to worry too much about the panel lines. The B1-B skin is as smooth as a baby's...

Cheers,

Tom.

Hi

thank you!

Tom, the revell panel lines are waaaay to wide and deep... I tried to fill them with plastic dust generated by surface sanding.then I filled them with fluid glue.

after, I will spray some primer coats in order to fill them again...

See you!

I oove this aircraft, the kit and the job you're doing!!

I have one that pops out now and again. I have spent literally hours on those intakes and have made resin exhaust shrouds to replace the inaccurate kit parts.

May I ask, what are your intentions as far as the trenches for panel lines are concerned on the upper fuselage?
