geedubelyer
Hi guys 'n' gals, I thought I'd share this link as I stumbled across it whilst gurgling. http://www.cometracer.co.uk/ If this is old news I apologise but I had n't seen it before. A very worthwhile project and with "Grosvenor House" back in the air it would be astonishing to see two of these beautiful pre-war designs together. Cheers.

czechnavy
A couple of years ago I had the task of visiting one of our Year 10 students who was doing his week's Work Experience at the local airfield - what a shock to find him working longside the craftsmen involved in this restoration! Not surprisingly I found plenty to chat about with one-and-all involved and even convinced the Head that I needed to call back later in the week to check that all was still well with him. The student has now progressed to an apprenticeship with Rolls-Royce in Derby - not surprising with that introduction to aero-engineering!!

Murdo
It's a really beautiful and sleek plane but I think it would be a pig to take off and land with that extremely limited forward view and very long nose?
