Our first batch of Hurkus are heading to the UK today, so we'll have them in stock shortly. And the RF-84 as soon as its released. Hopefully we'll have a batch for Telford and we'll be happy to reserve them for customers

sounds great, could you add a message on this thread when you get them, that way I can keep track of any new release date/in stock info. :)

Plus! One!

Though I'm very much tempted to buy this kit just to help these guys along. I'm impressed by how the design of this kit reflects their mindfulness of what modellers want; also by their open communication about what they're doing. I can't wait to hear about their Buccaneer!

Hi Glenn

Might be silly question, at this stage, but any idea of price please?

Cheers

Chris

Hi Chris,

Not at the moment, but the Hurkus is £10.99 so I'm hoping the RF-84 won't be more than £20

and yes I'll be at Brampton, Newark and Telford then Bolton, Huddersfield early 2016.

The Hurkus is certainly a good kit but it is basic in comparison, I fail to see how this seemingly excellent and überdetailed RF-84F kit would cost £20 or less, I was thinking more in the £30-35 range, which I'm entirely open to paying... quality does not come cheap.

The 1/48 F-5 Tiger "case" and its associated ad were unfortunate, then I had high hopes with the 1/72 Hurkus, the CAD files looked very tempting but the end result left me uninspired (low detail level, passable moulding quality)... but this 1/48 RF-84F looks to be an incredible step above.

I just can't wait to get the kit, very happy to see a new player with such innovative solutions and great communication!

Looks like it could be an expensive Telford if you have them by then.
