Zvezda 1/100 Dingo Mk1.

Recommended Posts

I modified the front and added tow hooks, lifting eyes, headlights, tail light, horn and a plate on the left rear fender. Markings are very wrong for an early Dingo but there are none supplied with the kit and I had to raid the spares box.

Pre-primer, you can see some of the added detail more clearly.

Amazing work on such a tiny model! Well done! I had the amazing good fortune of driving one of these at a military vehicle show when I told the owner that my late father drove them in the post-war Household Cavalry. ( It was surprisingly easy to drive and very comfortable when driving across a ploughed field!)

Thanks for bringing back the great memories!

If your into 1/100 look at www.flamesofwar.com . it's got everything from Tigers to jeeps in the scale, it's mainly for war gaming but it's still pretty impressive stuff in mainly resin and white metal.

Your model is superb by the way! I've built their T-35 and they are a simply awesome range of kits.
