elderly
A few evening shots from Old Warden, ] That is a wonderful image, a most unusual moment captured!I do like the technical quality of the other images too, especially showing the motion of the props combined with the freezing of the aircraft; what shutter speed did you use?
Tripehound
As someone who was there I am in awe - the light was pretty murky.

Jinxman
Thanks for the kind comments - they are appreciated, Cliff - my brother was there doing some video stuff with his Nikon 1 - think the sound of 8 Merlins was probably drowned out by the oohs and aahs of the crowd and my shutter clicking away though! Elderly - the shots were all with shutter speed of 1/320th apart from the Hurricane which was 1/160th - as Tripehound said it had gotten very murky by the stage it went up and it got worse for stuff like the Comper Swift and Provost - so much so that I stopped shooting.. cheers
