IAF F-16 "Barak" Blk 40

Recommended Posts

First time poster, long time lurker!

Well... here she is. It took roughly 150-200 hours to complete, and this is my very first completed 1/32!. I've had lots of help along the way, specific shout out to JMREED for donating me the 600GAL tanks. THANK YOU! I've tried some new techniques on this model like post shade weathering, which I quite like more than pre-shading the panels. This method gives it a more sporatic look, where I feel that pre-shading may look too linear in this case. This was my first crack at photoetch and resin, I quite liked the photo etch, but I had a hell of a time getting the resin to agree. I snapped more parts into 2-3 pieces more often than not. Small note: taking photos with big models is VERY difficult.
