SAM-9 Another Soviet oddity in 1/72

Not much is known about Moskalev SAM-9. It was built and successfully tested in 1937, allegedly the first ever successful delta wing design.

As usual with Prop & Jet - a little resin wonder.

Took me about a week to complete - I fell like I have beaten Usain Bolt :)

and that actually flew?? Rather you than me! Any case though a delightful little pair of exotica and your finish is lovely.

Now those really are unusual, but that canard pusher looks quite like a Burt Rutan design from the 70's/80's.

Great stuff Pin, and very nicely built.
