sean
Fantastic Woody, everything has come together wonderfully well. It reminds me somewhat of the last episode of Band of Brothers, Sean
Sgt.Squarehead
Woody,,,,,Dunno if you are done with the figures yet, but Dan Taylor Modelworks have just released these: http://www.network54.com/Forum/47210/message/1412113649/New+US+Paratroop+Figures They look the business to me and just the thing for the scene you are creating.
woody37
Now they are just what's needed to busy the scene up a bit, thanks for posting, they look great They're not out yet, but hope to get some before the GB finishes. Got the Jeep delivered yesterday too so can progress a bit more with the diorama:

woody37
Apart from the figures from Dan Taylor, the build is done. Got the Jeep finished this morning at long last. Pictures are in RFI Thanks for all the help and inspiration along the way, really enjoyed taking part in the GB, there's been some excellent builds and diorama's that have brought this GB alive Cheers Neil
Ian Suds
Turned it into an interesting diorama. Each part telling a story, can't get better than that. Well done.
Sgt.Squarehead
Yup, wherever you look on the base, something is going on and it all makes perfect sense.....Spot on! How did you get on with the new Airfix Jeep BTW? Also, what did you use for your OD on the Jeep, I really like it?
woody37
Cheers guys. Andy, I used Xtracrylic Olive Drab. It goes together quite easily. In fact, I just sprayed the whole thing in OD then detail painted the remaining bits. The decals are very small though, I lost a few in handling!
