Dear Mr Xtradecal, any chance of....

... a set of RAF typhoon specials (29 sqn, 6 sqn ), ZK348 of no.1 sqn (the one with the bumble bee nose art), FGR4 and T3s of 41sqn and the German tiger typhoon? And while I'm thinking on, how about a set of USAFE phantoms, eagles and f-16s from the 80s? Some european one f-4Es and Gs from Ramstein and Spangdahlem maybe? Only a thought!

I'd buy the 80's USAFE stuff, but not the tiffie specials...!! And while you're at it Mr. XD, how about re-doing the early USAFE sheet using the correct font this time?!

I'd very much like a sheet of standard Jaguar GR1/4 line jets with full English & English/German stencilling please. Both 72nd & 48th would do nicely. Thank you Mr. Xtradecal!

A good chance of seeing the RAF stuff. Not the other stuff though. I want a standard 14sqn line jet GR4.

Air Decal (part of 26 Decals) are bringing out 2 Tornado decal sheets of line jets from all Sqns in wrap around camo in 1/72 according to their web site. I am waiting for the 12 Sqn which will be the only one that I can find with the larger arrowhead.

I'd like to think it might be a possibility... they did usafe sheets previously, and recent sheets for f-102s etc give some scope I guess. Oh well, here's hoping!

On a personal note, please carry on as you are, it's nice to see a company producing RAF/RN/FAA subjects rather than what appears to be an overload of German/US markings

I accept that maybe most British markings can appear dull compared to the more colourful US or European airforces, but I feel that there must be a market for British markings or why else would Mr Hannant continue to produce such decals.

It's not just decals either, what about some 1/48 RAF Ground crew figures for both Fighter and Bomber command or RAF/RN/FAA specific ordinance?

Yes I know, I've become somewhat blinkered in my old age although, I do agree about the scale, 1/48 is the way to go :)

Tony

PS

It's at this point that someone will now prove that there is a proliferation of British subjects and allow me to withdraw back to my man-cave :)

I would love to see them make a letter set of all numbers and alphabet in antiflash blue, All sizes for 1/144, 1/72, and 1/48 as no one does them anymore.

Model Decal used to but no one has printed anything usable yet to my knowledge. Can't find them anyways.

I wouldn't mind seeing them do a few more Squadrons history decals, especially the FAA units as they only did 815 sqn, would be nice to see 800 or 801 as they have quite a history of types used.

I have a few 1/72 hasegawa f 111 and would like some Lakenheath aircraft especially some of the gunship gray F model aircraft that were flying around before the f-15e's got here .

No 'LN' coded Varks ever wore the grey scheme, even on the last day of Vark Op's in Dec'92 they were still in the old paint

When the Ex-LN jet's returned for exercises at Lakenheath/Fairford in 1993/94/95 while with the 27thFW they were grey
