flarpen Posted June 15, 2014 Share Posted June 15, 2014 Hi Here are some pictures of my recently completed model of Tarangus 1/48 J 32B Lansen nicknamed Lansen Sport. I've used every aftermarket item available from Maestro Models for the Lansen and quite a bit of scratchbuilding, mainly in the wheel wells, landing gears and cockpit plus a full length engine intake. Kind regards, Joachim Thanks Your right on the nose gear not being 100% straight, even though it's in the correct mounting position, so I'm thinking that the wheel well is slightly of. Unfortunately i didn't see that before it was to late so I'll have to live with it, also it should tilt slightly forward seen from the side. Are there any pictures of it or is there information available, which A/C may have been equipped with it? Is it the same pod as used by J 35F2 and J Drakens? flarpen Posted April 20, 2019 Author Share Posted April 20, 2019 Thanks Marcel. It's indeed an IR unit part of the sighting system. It was used on J 32B and J 35A. The system on J 35F2 and J was a different one. I don't think it was mounted att all times an all Lansens, you have to check references and pick one the hade it mounted.
