Flankerman
The kit was given to me by Yufei Mao during a visit to Shanghai in 2010.. Discussion and review of the kit is hereI have finally go around to finishing it - so here are the results.........As you can see it is a superb kit that makes up into an interesting model....Here it is with its progenitor, the MiG-19 / Shenyang J-6....A few more photos of the build and finished model here. Please don't ask where you can get one - I don't know /> Ken Edited June 15, 2014 by Flankerman

Milt79
Very special model! Looks like it isn't too much trouble to put together... luckily... That means I can do it too.... now I just have to find one... Don't worry, I won't ask Very nicely done! I agree with Snitok about a little wash or something though... but a neat build! gr. upnorth
That's a great model and finish, Ken. It reminds me that I really have to get myself out to the air museum in Kosice, Slovakia and see their example of it along with everything else they have. Kampartiger
Finally a Fantan on Britmodeller and a nice one too..... eventhought it's painted all white.Trumpeter listed it in their cat . during the early 2000s but nothing came out of it!Hopefully they will revive the project and other than the plain all white chinese plane, they should throw in decals for the colourful Pakistani Fantans.(Are they still flying?)
