Bri48
First go at a Bi-plane and enjoyed it! Built it straight from the box apart from adding the rigging which is stretched sprue. Paint Revell enamel silver, wash acrylic paint brown/black. Brian.

Mike DeTorrice
A gorgeous build of this famous biplane fighter, Brian ! It's museum-worthy and presented wonderfully on this fine display base. The photographs are top-rate with the black and whites giving a true vintage feel and that first image, particularly, having a sense of air-gallantry that was far removed from WW I's horrifying and vicious trench warfare. jer
Wow she's gorgeous!! You've built and weathered her excellently. I do love it when I see an old bi-plane model in sepia photographs, brings them to life.

bunnylurve
Bri, yet another amazing model. It's so refined. I think this one is possibly my favourite of your recent builds. Also loving the comparison photo's. Really shows how aviation has developed over the decades!

Bri48
Wow! I wish I could build bi-planes. Very impressed. John. John, This is the first bi-plane I have attempted and found it a most enjoyable build. The rigging is not up to the standard of what i've seen on here but I am happy with it and that's what counts......so go on, give one a go, I'm sure you will enjoy it. The comparison in size of the "fighter" is striking considering the Typhoon engine is most probably larger than the Nieuport! Thanks again one and all for your kind comments....most appreciated. Brian.

I don't get as far as the rigging, I can't get the upper wings on. I have tried.
