Mack Truck (Monty's Caravan) - Any 1/48 Kits Out There?

Guessing this one would be a resounding "NO" but thought I'd ask just in case. I'm looking for the base truck chassis and cab not the whole Monty caravan shebang.

Seems to be quite a few offerings from a Romanian outfit named Wespe Models, either resin kit or ready made;

Hi Jack,

Thanks for that link. Wespe do the Leyland truck body in 1/48 but not the Mack version, although they do one in 1/72. I may have to scale down and just go for the smaller kit 'cos I'm not finding anything in 1/48 that has the Mack chassis/cab.

ASAM , formerly A Smith Auto Models do a 1/48 scale, white metal Mack NR4 " Monty's caravan " , kit no OM34 , have a look at their website here .

Thanks Andrew. That's a great steer. Seems I need the NR4 not the NR5 so the ASAM kit could well fit the bill...if I can figure out soldiering and all the other new skill I'd need to build a metal kit!
