smyfe
Fantastic pictures, after seeing these, the 400+ i took are fit for the recycle bin. Best Cosford i've had in a long time, loved the Canberra, Reds and Vulcan. Off to Waddo soon and i can only dream of captures half the quality of these. You live fairly close to me, did you see the Jet Provost on its way home this afternoon ? Mick

Jinxman
hi All, Thanks for the kind comments. Rick - the shots were all taken with a Nikon D2Xs & 500mm f4 Martin - there were couple of DrIs there - not sure who the pilots were though.. Mick - heard the JP and scampered outside just in time to see the back end of it heading off SE I think.. cheers

theanorak73
great photos. i was surprised at how much i enjoyed the display of "the great war" planes. not often you see so many planes in the sky at once. although the display was carefully choreographed it gave a good impression of a free for all battle. some of the planes moved so slowly that you wondered how they stayed in the air. i may have a new found interest in the old biplanes !!! tonyot
Great photos and it looks like you had great weather again too,.....was it as busy as last years show as the huge crowd from the last show did put me off attending this year? Cheers Tony
Jinxman
Great photos and it looks like you had great weather again too,.....was it as busy as last years show as the huge crowd from the last show did put me off attending this year? Cheers Tony hi Tony, It was reported that about 55,000 people attended - slightly less than last year, and I think the queues were better managed from what I heard. I think that they started letting people in at about 08:00 as well which must have helped. cheers
Paul J
Very nice pics. My favourite is the Canberra/Hunter combo!
