I am contemplating building an old tool Airfix Gnat in "Red Arrows" guise and was wondering what shade of red was used on the Gnats. All the pictures I have seen seem to indicate to me that the red looks a shade darker than the red they currently use on the Hawk. I have a bottle of Xtracrylic "Red Arrows" red but am not convinced it's right for the Gnat. Any suggestions?
