AnonymousAA72
I personally thought the kit tanks looked absolutely fine and Shaun's link seals it for me, the kit tanks and the Flightpath resin tanks are two different types/sizes of tanks so can't be compared for obvious reasons. . Actually they're not as bad as I first thought, absolutely fine though? Well, not sure I can agree there, but each to their own I guess. Certainly comparing them to the drawings show where and how they can be improved, wet and dry paper should sort that out....Although looking at it again, it has raised panel lines - is that right? They would be wiped out with any wet and dry action.... Edited June 5, 2014 by Bill Clark

I'm not intimate with Tornado tanks, but to me it looks like it's meant to represent a weld seam.
Muzz
There's not so much a raised line, but a band of raised rivets............. http://data.primeportal.net/hangar/luc_colin2/tornado_gr4/Tornado%20GR.4%20Maple%20Flag%20010.JPG

AnonymousAA72
I meant on the kits tank....they're far too pronounced, still they'll need to go when the tanks are re-profiled I guess.. Edited June 5, 2014 by Bill Clark
Bear13583
I am just gluing one of these together, no paint, and it is easily the best £22 worth out there.
