whitestar12chris Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 Hi all just got wind of Mikromirs planned releases for 2014 submarine wise 1/350 SSN US Skate 1/350 Project 941 typhoon 1/350 project 651 Juliette 1/35 Russian triton 1M midget sub 1/35 American submarine Hunley also the long hull sturgeon in 1/350, recently released, which I have one winging its way to me. I already have a 'standard' Sturgeon..... How different is a 'long hull' Sturgeon (apart from being longer obviously) ?? Do I need to get one ??? The rest of my subs are here. In 1/350 scale starting with the most recent your missing the following, ssn 21 seawolf class ( bronco models), flight III 688i los angeles class (hobbyboss or Riich), flight I 688 los angeles class ( pre VLS, hobbyboss or rich), long hull sturgeon later production ssn (uss parche one of a kind), ssn skate as mentioned (mikromir). Youll see from the site that there are a number of other ssn's in the list but these are only available in 1/700 at the moment from OKB Grigorov. Drop us a line if you need any more info, as like you im building my fleet of ssns up, most unmade at present but ive got almost a full set at 1/700, getting there in 1/350.
