Jherek
The group build may have finished, but the me262 build is still ongoing. RLM 81/82 freehand camo. Next I'm going to overspray RLM 76 squiggly lines over the top. The camo scheme is going to be Messerschimtt Me 262 A-2a, 9K+BN of 5./KG51 Swabisch Hall, Dec 1944. There's some debate of the true colours of this aircraft but either white or rlm 76 was used in the winter of 44 to break up with the splinter camo.

Well, that's it folks, thanks for great group build! Edited June 15, 2014 by Jherek

Jherek
Freehand camo? That is awesome. Very very impressed. Tom. wow thats totaly awesome jherek! great great great camo! That's awesome! Lovely photos too. Thank you for the kind comments. Yes, it was all freehand. I put a coat on two of quickshine inbetween the splinter camo and winter camo and when I screwed up the thin lines - and I did, I wiped it off quickly with thinners. I think enamel would have been a better choice than acrylic as it would have dried slower.
