The next project?

Recommended Posts

Right, with the M3 Stuart almost done, I'm considering these to build next. Originally I was going to build the MRC/AFV Club OH-58D

but I#m waiting on some nice resin crew figures to arrive.

Here are the candidates...

First up and my favorite is the Old Tamiya Chieftain and just a touch of AM.

And then or the same era is the M-60... same drills with the AM, this one I've been collecting the detail stuff for a few years.

I'm leaning toward the Chieftain ?

Nice understatement!

Yeah, go Chieftain, M60's are 10 a penny

I'm going to be contrary :)

Love both vehicles but always had a soft spot for the '60. Lots more options for end-users and it would look good in a MASSTER or Dualtex scheme.

Cheers,

Centaur

Any pictures to sway the decision? I was thinking of the typical MERDEC scheme.

Cheers

Hi Kevin,

Yes you're right mate about the colour scheme, all to do with blending in with buildings and it's shadows...After all, a green tank against a grey or brown building, slight sticks out, here's a Chieftain of the Berlin Brigade... attachment_zpsfcjcl3nn.jpeg
