"Ramblin Reck Tew" was the personal mount of Lt Robert Dewald of the 35th FBS.

On 27th June 1950 he became one of the first F-80 pilots to score a victory when he shot down a North Korean Il-10 over the Seoul area.

I found this a thoroughly enjoyable kit to make, the few inaccuracies there are are easily corrected, in this case with Quickboost cowls and rudder. Spacers were added from plastic strip to the top of the undercarriage legs to give the proper sit
