BritJet
Very nice, well done. Don't see enough U-2/TR-1s considering the variants and colour schemes. Steve

sig226
Thanks guys,.... I did indeed rescribe the lines although the Flory wash didn't always stay in them despite my best efforts ! and it was sprayed with 'Halfords Ford Polar grey' a nice simple little build and I intend to stand this next to my Amodel Yak-25 ( Soviet U-2 equivalent) when I eventually get around to building it :-)
Luis Alfonso
Hi Simon: Nice build on this rare seen bird, it really looks great in this colours. Really one of a kind. Thank you very much for the explanation about the colours and scribing. BTW, I have read in the web about the Old missed Academy-now-Seminar korean made kit as a copy of the Airfix one, so if anyone like Glenn tries to avoid scribing, just have to check for the Academy kit but also have to look also for an F104 canopy, a copy of the Airfix one or one in Vacuform, as the one in the Academy kit looks a little different in profile, just a little less blown, but if you like me feel comfortable with the parts the Academy kit has, it would be good. Thank you very much for sharing!!!!! Cheers, Edited April 5, 2014 by Luis Alfonso
