JosephLalor
Very nice. I presume there was at least a little extra work done on the engine intakes, in supplying the splitter plates and guide vanes. Joseph

JOCKNEY
Stunning finish, do you mind if I ask a daft question what colours did you use ? Many thanks Pat
Bri48
Thanks all for your comments. Hi Pat.....colours I used were enamels. Underside xtracolour light aircraft grey Topside Humbrol Hemp 168 all over wash with an acrylic brown which helped to give it a grubby look. Hi Joseph, yes I noticed these on the box artwork so added a couple cut from plastic card. Thanks all Brian.

bunnylurve
That is truly awesome. Everything about it is just right. The Victor was so far ahead of it's time (in terms of looks), you could be easily forgiven for thinking it's yet to enter service rather than an aircraft that has long since been stood down.

Bri48
Nice work, bit of rescribing maybe? Hi Goggsy, A little rescribing (tail fin and above engine intakes).....for the rest what i do especially with raised panel line kits is to give the kit an overall prime of matt black. Before applying the final coat of varnish on the completed model I gently give it a rub down which exposes the lines underneath the paint, it seems to work and saves spending time re-scribing. http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234956605-f-100c/page-2 Hi Simon, yes i've seen it and it is every bit a great looking aircraft. Thanks all... Brian.
Gimme Shelter
That looks brilliant - well done on such a fine looking end result and tidy diorama
robvulcan
Its really nice to see one of these. We need to see more of them. A re-release of the kit would be welcome they are going for disgusting amounts of money now. Better still please someone Airfix or other give us a new Victor. Your Victor looks fab and the finish is very reminiscent of how they looked at the end. Really nice job. Cheers Rob
