Would P-47D's in RAF service have had Sutton type seat belts?

I'm building the Eduard 1/48 P-47D as a 73 OTU machine and was wondering if they would have retained their American type seat harness's or would they have been retro fitted with Sutton type belts?

According to what I have read, and various levels of information posted on this site by some very knowledgeable people, the American seat belts were indeed replaced by the Sutton harness, but not sure as to which one, more than likely the later model but not the Q harness. Of course these things cannot be written in stone. I would feel safe putting the Sutton photo etched belts in my kit. Hope this helps.
