J-Work's Paint Masks - How good are they (St Charmond)

Recommended Posts

Have recently bought the Takom St Charmond and have seen that J-Works have some paint masks.

They seem to be just sheets of outlines with no formal placement elements

Is there a schematic for placing each scheme on the related vehicle or is it 'up to me'

Your thoughts please on the St Charmond and other options available

Hi Mike, Thanks, I do plan to have a go but didn't know if there was any formality to them.

I like the look of the Desert Shermie ones too so will be ordering soon.

Armour Models carry the stock for just a few pence more.

I just received my set PPA5114 from LM, and they're kabuki tape pre-cut masks, which look just groovy from where I'm sat. 1 and ⅜ pages of A4 with printed colour letters on each one to tie it up to the kit painting guide, so you'll need to do a little head-scratching to get everything put in the right place. Apart from that requirement to use your brain ( :crying: ), I can't see any problems in using them
