JasonC Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 An old build, but since I had the kit out I took some new piccies today. This is the Eduard Mk.V with the Airwaves resin conversion, plus resin wheels and a scratchbuilt fin fillet. all the best, Jason 22

ForestFan Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Wonderful, it's the type of kit I think Airfix should bring out. FF
Procopius Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Gorgeous. Really nice job on the underwing serials, too.
JasonC Posted February 23, 2014 Author Posted February 23, 2014 Thanks chaps. I really like the Mk.2 and agree that it would be great to see a new one released in styrene in 1/48. Great pictures of a beautiful model. What type if photo setup do you use? I recently bought a light tent similar to the one in the link below. It's lit from both sides and from above using LED reading lamps. My camera is a Nikon D200 with a Sigma 105mm macro lens, on a tripod. The latter is very useful, as it allows long exposures with small apertures (for depth of field). Most of these shots were about 2 seconds. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ex-Pro-Photo-Light-Colour-Backgrounds/dp/B000Y0CNRE/ref=tag_stp_s2_edpp_url Regards, Jason
