Bad news for the old Aeroclub kit http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234935843-aeroclub-jet-provost-t4-148/ (supposed to be re-released for years...) and the superb Heritage Aviation resin JP T.3 (http://www.kitsforcash.com/jet-provost-t3-199-p.asp).

Ooh!

Might just have to break the 1/32-only build rules to accommodate one of those T.3's.

1/32 Fly Arado 234 is intriguing - wonder what the timetable is with that one?

Looks good, but not convinced by the colour of the fuselage band on the Cranwell T4. I believe it should be light blue.

Hard to tell:

they were certainly light blue on the white/red scheme. Just noticed badge on the stripe is missing too.

At least they've corrected the code on the actual release box art and decal sheet, XR763 was a Lightning!

A copy of the T4 kit arrived though the post today.

The kit looks quite nice but I'm surprised by the butt joints with no tabs for a lot of the parts. The decal sheet could have done with some better research. The 79sqn markings are poor, the arrow design is nothing like the original! A quick google search would have offered an idea of how it should look. The No step footprints are also a strange shape.

I have spares decals from the stash so not that bothered but the research could have been better.

Shaun.
