Batman Dark Knight Figures?

Hi Everyone!

I have a project that I would like to build, but need some help. I want to build the Moebius 1/18 Batpod that comes with the Catwoman figure, but I'd like to pose a Batman figure on the bike instead.

I have the 1/25 Moebius Batpod and figure set, but I'd really like to build something on a larger scale. I have been searching around for a suitable figure, but so far all I can find is the Hot Wheels set which is very expensive. Do any of you know if I could get a figure in 1/18 anywhere else?
