It is PZL P.1 fighter 1:48 scale. Prototype of famous Pulawski wing fighter line, one of most advanced combat aircraft in early 1930s. Full metal airframe was very strong and light thanks to corrugated metal sheet panels. Below you find 3D renderings and more info about new releases. Now is the time to show their renderings, or 3D visualization.At the beginning of next week we will show pictures printed parts. Today renderings are shown. As you can see the number of parts is not that large. What “makes this model” is a corect rendering of the surface, giving a realistic scale corrugated metal sheet effect. Parts are designed so that they can be easily cut and assembled. We used a special system that allows special tabs to connect them like Lego blocks, without the possibility of incorrect fitting. The release date of model is not yet confirmed. It will be, of course, as soon as possible. We anticipate 3-4 weeks, depending on the decal printing and photo-etching. The biggest challenge will be to design a decal on the whole wings, so the sheet follow correctly corrugated airfoil design and reinforcement folds. V.P. This beautiful plane has been rendered to make assembly easy and straightforward. 3D technology allows precise rendering of corrugated metal plating and perfect parts fit. The fuselage is made up of several parts, merging like Lego blocks, without the possibility of incorrect fitting. We are waiting for decals and photoetch. In fact model has slight delay because our outsourced 3D designer became father and was not able to finish it on time. Marcin has left Iskra project for a while to finish P.1. It was last moment to make final corrections on 3D pirnted fuselage nose. There was 0.3mm fit problem. It was unacceptable we we decided to print parts corrected . This week we expect decals and photoetch. Sales would start before Easter. V.P.
