Fairey Battle target tug - finished...... phew!

Recommended Posts

Fantastic, Max; really pleased to see this finished. It looks the business, and I'm sure your father would have been chuffed to bits with it.

lovely lovely job Max. You now have something in your cabinet that very few other modellers do

I hope it generates lots of conversation

Thanks for bringing us along on the ride

....... now back to the Rapide?

Well yes probably, but I'm also thinking of joining a GB on the Flory site, Nightfighters so that I can make either of my favourite aircraft of all time: a Bf110G4 or a Mosquito (probably the former). That GB lasts for 6 months so plenty of time for other bits and bobs too.

Damn me, just seen the Nightfighters SIG has been postponed so the Bf110 will feature in the GB on Britmodeller later this year. Now, that Rapide/Dominie!

Turned out to be a right dazzler MAx. Nice work!

Just one thing that niggles me... is it right to have C type roundels on the 'fuse' as you have done??/ I would have thought it would still be wearing the A type. Just a thought.
