Radleigh
Hi guys, welcome to my GB build... the Airfix Lockheed Hudson that cost £6.00. It was originally used to look at for my Vacform kit, but I have no need for it now so it can get built now.. I'm almost certain this will be my only build for the GB, but I may try and squeeze in the Airfix (new tool) Typhoon too. to be finished OOB in 206Sqn Coastal Command colours Box shot by Totallyrad.co.uk, on Flickr Box + sprues by Totallyrad.co.uk, on Flickr

snapper_city
I'm sure this will be a breeze compared to your 1:24 Bucc.

Radleigh
I'm sure this will be a breeze compared to your 1:24 Bucc. I haven't really got into my Bucc yet, I was thinking more about my Vacform 1/32 Hudson.. that's a huge challenge! This will be a walk in the park comparing the two. Quite looking forward to getting into it though.

Radleigh
You may of seen this already http://www.hyperscale.com/2010/features/wagbhudson72cb_1.htm I hadn't, thanks Kev! I have the Revell/MPM one Is that a bad thing?
John_W
I hadn't, thanks Kev! Is that a bad thing? The instructions tell you to trim certain parts and put a spacer in the upper nose joint. It has a bit of a challenging reputation.

Radleigh
I'm not starting this until mid this week, maybe... see how I get on with my He-111 as I'm on fire with the progress... I have however erased all the raised rivets on the Hudson wings and fuselage... I'm going to do something different to represent the surface detail on this one
Max Headroom
It can't be that bad There is a litany of errors. The Battle has fewer issues! Unfortunately the only corrections (Aeroclub transparencies, gun turret and DB engines are decades out of production. Treat it as a fun build and you'll be fine. EricP
I wanted one of these when I was a kid, all because of the boxart!
