exdraken
waiting for the Taragnus Viggen I decided to look again at the Airfix Ja-37 Viggen I did many many years ago. The model did not turn out too splendid ... I used a resin cockpit and wheel wells form a Czech company? and Twobobs decals (not for the big dayglo numbers as they were too red and not dayglo at all....) for a better feeling for the aircraft' s size I show it together with an Italeri Gripen Jas-39C with Mark 1 decals (more or less) and a Hasegawa F-35 Draken with Syhart decals : weathering techniques still improvable open cockpit detail thrust reversers in deployed position final reunion: so I am really hoping the Tarangus kit keeps its promises! many Viggens to build , in a variety of types (attack, Recce, fighter, trainer, ECM ) and color schemes (SPLINTER!!!, grey, silver, and lots of Specials!)
Roland Pulfrew
Don't know why you think your Viggen didn't turn out too splendid; it looks pretty good to me. Always liked the Viggen and gave one in my stash that I was going to do in the black and gold special scheme; maybe I will go for the two tone grey looking at yours though. Mike DeTorrice
This one sure looks excellent to me ! A wonderful Viggen and, in fact, a great display of all three of these Swedish fighters. Mike
General Jumbo
Oh yes - now we're talking! Love Saabs and the Viggen in particular - I was particularly pleased to see one flying at Leuchars last year. Thanks for sharing and well done on the builds - the Draken must have been particularly difficult in that scheme!

James G
Cool models, are they 1/48? I have all three in 1/48 and currently the Draken is the only one started. I promise the BM faithful that I'll actually do some modelling soon, and finishing off the Draken is a high priority! Cheers for posting and nice job
