gengriz
Blimey its big, even in 1/350th. Not quite as nice a mould as the Hobbyboss Astute or the Airfix Traf, but makes an excellent comparison. As supplied in the box, it is missing a few key details (like flank arrays), but I resisted the impulse to try to add them as scratching in this scale is beyond me. Oh and I had what was in effect an ND of a Trident D5, which the carpet monster now has (hence the empty port launch tube ). Parabat
Impressive, that is big. It really is 'sub season' on Britmodeller!
AntPhillips
Nice build, I recently picked up one of these, but have promised myself that I must finish my Trafalgar and Astute before I even open the bags ;-) Did you use many different shades of black ? Happy modelling Ant
Rickpadwick1801
Nice job, looks great. I completed work on the Hobby Boss HMS Astute 1:350 yesterday and have completed the Airfix Trafalgar in the past. Keep up the good work. Rick

Its all variations on Humbrol matt black enamel, with white mixed in "to taste", brushed on, then a coat of Klear, then decals, then Micro Sol Satin or Windsor & Newton Matt varnish top coats as appropriate. gengriz
Bronco. Procured for the princely sum of £12.99 from Transport Models in Preston a few weeks ago. Good value IMHO.

Vlamgat9
Great stuff. I do wish we could get a model of the Resolution class and Polaris too.
Alpha Delta 210
Hi Fred. That is a great collection of British subs. I have finished the Airfix Trafalgar class and am presently working on the HB Astute, so I now need to track down a Bronco Vanguard!
AntPhillips
I picked mine up from Creative Models eBay site, think it was 14.99 including P & P. I looked at buying it direct from China but it wasn't really any cheaper.

It is available from Wonderland, so I might order it later.
