Jazzy Jase
Hi Britmodellers, Looking for recommendations on which Mosquito book to read. Not from a modelling or technical perspective but more from an aircrew/operational/true account point of view. Cheers, Jason
AndrewE
I can recommend the following:- Mosquito at War by Chaz Bowyer, Ian Allan 1973 ISBN 0711004749 Lots of personal stories from aircrew and also ground crew on what it was like to operate the Mosquito. Terror in the Starboard Seat by Dave McIntosh, Stoddart 1998 ISBN 0773730893 Personal story of an RCAF starboard-seat navigator on 418 Squadron Focus on Europe by Ronald Foster, Crowood 2004, ISBN 1861267185 Personal story of an RNZAF pilot flying recon missions over occupied Europe. Of the above the first one is the best all round read of the Mosquito from an operational point of view. Andrew

Jazzy Jase
Thanks chaps, checking your suggestions out on Amazon I had to laugh at some of the prices the sellers are asking for "as new" copies... Second hand for me! :-)
