jetboy Posted October 10, 2014 Author Share Posted October 10, 2014 so cracking on with a assoc tanker for filling the lander,i was going to go for a small portable tanker,but we are talking about fueling the world cheap,so im sure quite a lot of money has gone into the project,and a big tanker would be assembled by now,lol so im going for a couple of shuttle tanks...mmm something like this maybe.. so so we will use one of martins models stage tops.. hav,nt decided wether to do it trailer like,poss better,or as one vehicle??? ??? so onward,making the pump assembly for the tanker,to the ship..? mmm week end coming. cheers don Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

jetboy Posted October 19, 2014 Author Share Posted October 19, 2014 well, i got some progress on the camera,it seems ive been updated unawares....not my cup of tea,,so got a few pics uploaded before the clearance began.. so where were we? decided on two shuttle tanks,its longer than the spacecraft...lol so tanks and two of martins apollo tank tops.. found trailer prob too narrow for two tanks,we,ll see... need to figure out a trailer linkage to the rover as well... putting some support legs on the tanks,so i can run some pipework on the trailer top.. sorry some of the pics dont seem to be in order,due to my camera probs sorry...so putting some undercoat on the moon buggy..tanker cab so first coat on... so ive put some hydraulic legs and some wider bits on to take the tank legs.. so trailer linkage ...? might settle for this interlocking pipe thing? using a bit of a shuttle cargo bay,for ease.. so should fit here.. so putting some extra bits on the buggy as all these vehicles will be multi functinal.. first coat on the wheels,these are martins models,closed face ones first coat on the trailer need to improve the drivers posistion and the hiab.. so pound shop light being used for the hiab.. trailer not too bad traier linkage holder.. so should be something like this???? might go with this....sorry there is some missing pics,,, had to alter the tank stanchions,as they would,nt fit on the trailer doh! so apologies for the missing pics...cheers don 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
