Duncan B
Oh very nicely done Sir! I wondered how long it would be before someone had a go at this one and I'm not disappointed at all, you've done a great job of it. Duncan B

Please can you expand a bit on what you did with the stall warners? I've (briefly) read Alley Cat's instructions but a word from someone who's been there would be greatly appreciated. Hi Stever, I hope this helps. I've not seen Alley Cat's instructions, as I just bought the vortex genny set at Telford. For the stall warner, I just cut off the moulded lumps, drilled 5 small holes, bent some fine gauge wire for the guards (should have been finer, but I thought that fuse wire would not be robust enough in the long term), and used a straight piece for the vane. TimB
Very nice, looks stunning in that scheme, is this the one at Duxford? gazza l Hi, gazza, yes it is, but I built it as I saw it as a kid at a Leuchars Air Day. Duxford simplified the scheme slightly when they repainted it, but there are some good shots on the Internet of it on arrival and soon after. Rick Brown
That's so much more interesting a paint job than the standard camo! I always thought the Javelin looked boring until seeing this. Rick.

71chally
The best A&AEE scheme applied to any aircraft IMO, your Javelin build looks absolutely faultless and really well finished.
