Dealing with wrinkles?

Looking for some handy tips for dealing with wrinkles. Doing a rather complicated (for me) decal scheme on 1/32 Hawk, large decals over various curves etc. Put them on last night with some Micro Sol and Set and really wasn't confident that it was going to end well. Checked this morning however and it's looking pretty good, although there is a couple of medium sized wrinkles still present.

How best to deal with them? Wondered if another coat of Micro Set would work on decals that are already dry or should cut a slit in the wrinkles with a sharp blade and go from there? Advice greatfully accepted!

Try slitting them and using more of the Sol/Set.

It they are quite large wrinkles try pricking them with a pin and applying some more sol, I use a soft brush to apply the sol and when the decals softens tap the decal down with the end, don't pull the brush across the decal as its very fragile now,be very careful though as it's easy to rip the decal.

Another way is to apply the sol and just walk away and let it dry, sometimes this is enough to settle them down, it's too easy to play around with them too much and end up ripping it
