As a result of the close-down of the UK by the British Government last night, we have made all the Buy/Sell areas read-only until we open back up again, so please have a look at the announcement linked here.

New Sukhoi T-50 camo scheme

:hmmm: Not sure I like that as much as the splinter scheme, but it's probably closer to an "in-service" scheme, although the Russians are prone to some quite colourful schemes when you compare it to the US or GB.

Bless their little crypto-Stalinist hearts, that's going to be much easier to paint.

Interesting...it reminds me of F-22 outline within that scheme...oh wait, that jet itself reminds me F-22 copy...never mind lol

Great Bog in Heaven help them if it's as unreliable as the F-22. Nice photographs by the way, Pin!

Jason

I think I prefer it to the splinter scheme, and should look rather tasty alongside the Su-34's which now wear a similar scheme

I wonder where they got the inspiration from for this one...

Yup, and before that we also used that "diamond scheme" on our Cheetah Cs and Ds. Unlike the Gripen, on the Cheetahs the darker diamond was also repeated on the bottom.

I must admit I really like the strong contrast made by the two colours used on the T-50. I think it looks great! I liked the earlier splinter scheme, but I think this looks even better.

Leaves me feeling very 'meh'! But I suppose if it's effective then that's the main point
