Stéphane
Hello boys, It's been a long time I didn't post any completed plane here (it's also true that I didn't complete any plane in a long while, as well ). Well, here is my last effort, the Hasegawa P-39 in soviet markings. There are a few boo-boo, like the undersides cowl flaps which need to be re-positionned, but I hope you'll like the thing. Feel free to comment, It's my usual way of improving. Best Stef (#6)

Stéphane
Hello, Thanks for the input, I wasn't aware of this one door only issue ... In fact I thought I was wrong first place in having the radio set installed, as, from my readings, most of the soviet planes of the period were not radio-equiped. However, closing one door now would be a bit tricky. Let's say the pilot was a member of the Party and was then granted privilege to have two opening doors in case of bailing out. That's interesting, I know the right hand door was usually used, because of the throttle quadrant in the way of the left door, but didn't know the Russians locked it, a bit dangerous in an emergency. EXPrompt
P39 -- was not the Soviet airplane. It is Lend-lize the airplane. Americans delivered them so, before that to the pilot a flight jacket leather was in a set. It is necessary to take to look through the book on Aircobras in RKKA Air Force. Door closed. That's for sure You not truly understand, at the beginning of war there was not enough radio station. I-16 I-153 All machines of new types, very much not badly already were equipped with radio I didn't begin war the USSR had many machines, by the modern estimates 20,500 on such mass it was difficult to make radiostntion so much The USSR benefited war because could build in large quantities tanks, airplanes. Day for war Germans didn't make technique by quantity more than the USSR. In case of all shortcomings of companion Stalin, he created such powerful economy, which in pure German economy won Edited November 18, 2013 by EXPrompt
Learstang
Lovely Kobra, Stef! One of my favourite aeroplanes, especially when done in Soviet markings. Regards, Jason Edited November 20, 2013 by Learstang
Stéphane
Hello, Yes, soviet markings and aircraft are very attracting ... Regarding the closed doors, I guess everything is possible and that, as with any rule, there were exceptions. And for the war production capacity of the USSR, well it is known that they began with outdated materails and ultimately won their part of the wer with some excellent mass produced airaft and tanks. EXPrompt
Hi Well as to tell you WWII it is global war. production T34(76,85) of 35,500 copies, 1940-45 Summary productions of tanks of the USSR 1940-45 tanks - 62,434 SAU - 30,079 production germanium TIV of-8,500 copies T-III - ~6000 copies Totally Germany made 1940-45 ~24,500 tanks and ~22,737 SAU After that a valid question? - Who built the industry in the USSR? - Stalin Who won war? Stalin, and all Soviet people... There is nothing itself outdated... for the war beginning.
