Caution Wake Turbulence
I notice Hannants are listing this as a future release - does anyone know anything about this kit, is it a new tool etc? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere. Thanks, Andrew

foxmulder
Is this a new update at Hannants? Because Su-27 has been "coming soon" for like last 4 years...
JesterModeler
It's a new tool. Stephen Yes and with a price to match ~£60 Rgds, Nigel
sharkmouth
It's a new tool. I am sure that Wasan Plastics (Parent Company to Trumpeter and Hobby Boss) decided to let Hobby boss release the quarter scale one (Trumpeter already have released the subject, using the same amount of R & D in 1/32nd and 1/32nd scales). Recall that Trumpeter also had an Academy 'inspired 1/38th scale kit out years ago. So, I am expecting to see a pantographed down 32nd scale Trumpeter Flanker (hopefully with the corrections in place). Regards,
Flankerman
So, I am expecting to see a pantographed down 32nd scale Trumpeter Flanker (hopefully with the corrections in place). I'd rather see a pantographed UP 72nd scale Trumpeter Flanker. They almost got it right with their 1/72 scale version - and there are also more varieties...... These so far......... J-11B Su-27UB Su-30MKK Su-27 (early) Su-27 (late) ... with more to come (J-15/Su-33) Ken Edited November 17, 2013 by Flankerman
sharkmouth
I'd rather see a pantographed UP 72nd scale Trumpeter Flanker. I hope so as well but their mentality MAY be that there is more detail on the larger scale kit they can simplify for 1/48th as opposed to having to add details to their smaller scale kit data. Who really knows what they think? I certainly don't! Regards,
horrido109
That kit has been listed as a "future release" since 2009
Caution Wake Turbulence
I won't hold my breath then... I should get on and build by Eduard Flanker instead. Thanks, Andrew
