petr@SpecialHobby
Boxarts for two new Mk.I Fireflies: SH48145 Firefly FR Mk.I "The Initial British Missions Over Korea" With four quite unique machines - all Mk.I version used in the Korea War, three of them with standard FAA camouflage of that period, the fourth still in its WW2 classical camo. All machines wore the black-and-white Korean stripes. Our big thanks to two British modellers - researchers for their invaluable help with this kit. Enzo the Magnificent
Oh wow! I've just built the "Home Fleet" boxing of this kit in the FAA groupbuild and thoroughly enjoyed it! http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234943032-fairey-firefly/ Now I want to build another. I want to build a Mk.V in the Korean War GB, if it goes ahead, but that FR.I might also get a look in. As for a Canadian Firefly... that's going to look very nice sat next to my Seafire XV.
