Alan Hooker
Greetings peeps. Not been on for a while, so got a few recent builds to post. Start off with this pair of Gulf War birdies. Buccaneer S.2 and Jaguar Gr.1a, both 1/48 Airfix.
HL-10
Lovely! The Jaguar is a cracking looking model, but the Buccaneer, well you have made a stunning looking model from a very difficult kit! Brilliant work there
RNoAF Aerobatic Team
They both look great. No many planes look good in desert pink. Thanks for sharing.

redcap
Two really nice models and congratulations on completing the buccaneer - I have started and given up on this kit twice in years gone by due to the awful fit and design of it.Yours has turned out really well! Alan Hooker
Thanks for the kind comments, peeps. Much appreciated. Muzz, I hear what your saying about them being too clean. I have attempted weathering in the past on models, and completely messed up. So now I just restrict myself to giving my builds a dark wash (y)

Well for me anyway!
Saddler
Talking of over-weathering, have you ever seen the Father Ted episode where he tries to fix the minor dent on the car? That's how mine usually turn out !!
MikeW
Love that Buccaneer. Always been a favourite. Have one in the stash as a first re-entry into military aviation after years of airliners. Cheers, Mike
