I'll stick with the Finemolds G2, a much easier build and I have plenty in the stash already. I am interested in the various AS versions and the ERLA G10 though, when are they likely to be released?

I've got one of the AZ models kit on the shelf, is it really such a difficult build compared to the Finemolds? To be honest I have a number of Finemolds kits on the shelf (Ki-100, Ki-61, A7M) and they don't look like much in the box, the surface isn't very smooth and fit seems average at best. Perhaps the 109s are better?

On price and availability AZ can certainly not be beaten I'd say.

The A7M is one of the early Fine Molds kits - I built one in 1997 after getting it second hand at a show. They may have redone it since. The Ki 100s I have are injection fuselage conversions with the old Hasegawa kit supplying the rest of the bits.

I repeat my post from WW2 Aircraft section: That´s an interesting RLM 74/75/76 suggestion. Hu 87 Steel Grey for 76 Lichtblau and Hu 67 Tank Grey for 74 Graugrun. Hu 27 Sea Grey is indeed known to be good for 75 Grauviolett. May have to try this combination myself. Regards, V-P

The various G10's are welcome options. Much as I found the AZ Model 109G6 variants a tedious build I'll still be getting one of these, I just hope they've taken the opportunity to sort out the ambiguous instructions and the skinny forward section of the earlier kits.

I am still looking forward to the AS versions and will be buying some of them when they appear as there are no other off the shelf options for them in 1/72 AFAIK.

I was hoping AZ would do that particular version. :coolio: I think I'll be getting the second boxing because of the ANR and Croat markings.

KP has prepared and now is releasing the new line of products called "Club line". These kits are specially for school modeler clubs or for begginners. Every kit contains only one camo scheme. What is fine is the end price, which is 6,99 EUR.
