HL-10
As a change from Afrika Korps armour I decided to build this.Virtually out of the box, except for replacing the kit tarpaulin with one made from tissue paper soaked in PVA, adding some wiring for the headlamps and horn and I replaced the blob of plastic on the sight with an etched ring site.I'm in the process of painting the two resin crew figures that come with the kit.A very straight forward build, no problems at all.I used Humbrol enamels throughout, and had a great time weathering the machine.free photo hosting20mb image hostingimage hosting 15mbimagesscreen capture freewarefree uploaderscreen shot software20mb image hosting Thanks for looking

JackG
Terrific job, and a great study on paint chipping. I'm guessing the chipping effects was applied on top of the main paint colour? regards, Jack

I'm guessing the chipping effects was applied on top of the main paint colour? regards, Jack You are spot on. The chipping was applied with a fine brush after the base cote was treated with filters and washes.
