Romeo Alpha Yankee
Lovely work! Weathering looks great but I don't think live ordnance stays on the wing long enough to get very dirty.

LT Motta
Gents, Many thanks for all compliments! Lovely work! Weathering looks great but I don't think live ordnance stays on the wing long enough to get very dirty. Agreed. Actually I've used two different techniques. On airplane I've used "pre-shading" because after the varnishes coats the shades effects have turned down so much so I've decided to use "post-shading" on the missiles. I've supposed the shades should turn down a little more but it haven't happened. The second point: the Flightpath missiles have so much detail and was very hard to remove the Flory Wash. Anyway point noted... my next model should be better. Jose, absolutamente fabuloso, como sempre. (Hopefully Google got that right for me!) Graham, Muito obrigado! Google funcionou perfeito! NG899
Hi Jose, Great to see your SHAR finished. Three initials say it all for me... F A B Superb model. Cheers Nick P.S. The next one will be easier, trust me! If you're attending SMW I'm sure that Dave Fleming would love to have that on the SIG display this year, if you're not entering it in the competition... LT Motta
Hello Nick, It is a honor to have you here! You are a "Harrier Master" so if you like my model I should be proud. I'm quite happy for the invitation but I'm back in Brazil since the end of may... Unfortunately because I would love to have my model on the SIG display! Cheers, José
DaveO
I've spent 2 years with this projects. Loads of fun but loads of grey hairs. For WIP Pics: http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234908155-sea-harrier-fa2-airfix-148/ Please, feel free to comment! That looks superb, perfect natural looking weathering and a brilliant idea for the stand - I may crib that idea for a build of my own sometime... You should be very proud.
