John.R
Hi,I'm sure this has been asked before numerous times, I've just been going through a few of the model kit's I have, and since they've been opened I've lost the transfer paper which you immerse into the water...I'm just wondering if there's any alternatives for the transfer of the decal's out there or even if something like a water resistant paper would be ok to use to transfer the decal's across? Thanks in advance John. pte1643
Plenty of aftermarket decals available if you're just after replacing the lost decals. If you're thinking of making your own then Waterslide decal paper is available too. These can be had, most commonly, in Clear or White. Ebay is your friend for the DIY option... http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=waterslide+decal+paper&_lncat=0&_arm=1&_armm=94&_ruu=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2FModels-%2F1189%2Fi.html%3F_from%3DR40%26_nkw%3Dwaterslide%2Bdecal%2Bpaper%26_arr%3D1&_armi=Models Make sure you get the one suitable for your printer (Inkjet/Laser). If Inkjet then they will need to be sealed before use. You can get decal film for this, but varnish/lacquer works just as well.
