Mr T
bzn20 Sorry for the delay in replying, I hav not been on my computer for a couple of days. It is nice to know that not putting the nose guns on was an option and the reason why they were removed for a time. I have the Chaz Bowyer book and it was one of my two major sources of information, along with the Warpaint. When I was younger I used to see the Hastings from Lindholme quite often trundling around the outskirts of Nottingham. I must have seen the Lincolns, but would have been too young to know wha tthey were. feifeitim I do not realise the fuselage insert was too long until I was test fitting the wings. It does actually make the aircraft 'more' Lincoln like in a way, but after looking at it for a while It started to look wrong and so I had a lot of work to do to get it right. Still live and learn/ but annoying to get caught out by something I should have checked.
Hamden
What a fantastic model. I've always had a soft spot for the Lincoln. You have made a great job of this conversion it really looks the part Roger
