Somebody puts in a ton of effort to kitbash or scratchbuild a unique model, and halfway through a new tool kit of the same is announced. If this modelling law doesn't have a name, it should.

Doesn’t seem to work all the time though, the Red Hurricane Tu-14 Bosun was a tough slog at times, but the Modelsvit Tu-14 hasn’t materialized yet.
