Surveyor

Messerschmitt Bf-109 E1, 1/48, Eduard

Recommended Posts

A few days ago, I started my new project :coolio:

I would like this type of camouflage:

BF109E1_3-JG53_Leschert_wSW_zps86ea55a5.

Bf-109E1-3JG53-Y11-Heinrich-Leschert-FraBf-109E1-3JG53-Y11-Heinrich-Leschert-Fra

... and some progress:

If this is like your other builds, it's definitely one to follow! Great start as well.

I'm going to follow this one! It's looking promising.

I too did that aircraft a while back... I've since realized that the spinner was most likely all white as a part of the white I.D. markings added perhaps just a day or two before September 2:nd. The white paint was propably of a temporary nature and flaked from the spinner because of the water.

Dr Lurve: Thanks, the chipping is by small pieces of sponge (molitan) and by brush..

Cpt_Farrel: I expected about the water and spinner, so thanks for page

Really nice work Surveyor. The interior work is great.

One question though, what brand/manufacturer of masking film are you using?

Keep it coming.
