Well after starting these motorbike kits in February I've finally finished the last one.

I bought the kits from a seller at the Yeovilton show for £15 each, they were part started but the work carried out was outstanding and most were limited to assembly of the frames and engines sub-assemblies.

Excellent stuff. Vroom vroom!

I especially like the close in shot of the CB 1100 R,

Nice metallics & subtle weathering.

Wot, No tax discs?

I shall 'ave to give you a ticket my lad.

Cheers

The bikes look lovely.

Only problem is I remember seeing the Honda CX500 Turbo and the CB1100R (and before that the CB1000R) as brand new 'State of the art' machines walking past the local Honda shop on the way to school, I also remember seeing the CB1000R and the Kat being raced round the UK by Ron Haslam, Wayne Gardner, Joey Dunlop, Reg Marshall......

Getting old...............

Excellent work- they look like photos you'd fine in a sale brochure for the 1:1 bikes!

They may be old PLC, but they were REAL bikes....

'They're all off the road at the moment guv'

Good point though, it shouldn't be too difficult to scratch some licence disc holders.
